Mothershipping in Vanuatu BlueWater readers' trip #6
BlueWater's first Readers' Trip to Vanuatu turned out to be a trip of
a lifetime, with the trippers doing battle with XOS yellowfin, blue marlin,
sailfish, dogtooth, wahoo and mahi mahi - to name a few.
Although that trip was an absolute cracker, this year we've gone one
better by employing the services of a 30m mothership to accompany the
Black Watch 40 and 34, Bolero and Ymer, as we explore the pristine waters
of Vanuatu, no doubt tangling with denizens of the deep along the way.
Dates for the 2003 Vanuatu Mothershipping Adventure are September 12 -
20.
Only eight lucky BlueWater readers will have the opportunity to go on
this trip, so if you're interested, we suggest you get in quick.
The cost, per person, for BlueWater subscribers ex-Sydney is A$7950.
Ex-Auckland and ex-LA prices are also available.
The cost includes return economy airfares from Sydney to Port Vila, hotel
accommodation for one night in Port Vila, seven nights air-conditioned
accommodation aboard MV Silent One, all meals, seven days' gamefishing
aboard Bolero and Ymer, all tackle and bait, Captains and deckhands.
A non-refundable $500 deposit (cheque payable to BlueWater or credit
card) will be required to secure a berth, and berths will be allocated
on a first-come/first-served basis.
